What is your field of activity?

I work with finding, developing, planning the best
solution for my customers challenges. In my
everyday work, I actively seek better understanding
of customers business and their needs and challenges.
I try to understand the urgency to fulfil customer
requirements. I also often join different projects,
both internal and with customers, to assist with our
service offerings great experience and knowledge.

What do you like about your work?
I very much enjoy customers contacts, trying to improve the way in which we can meet their needs and work together with them to face their challenges and to be creative for finding the right solution for them. Another highly motivating factor is that the job offers me challenges and it gives me a wide understanding of our business.

What do you appreciate about Enics?
I like very much to work in an young, expanding company in an international environment. I very much appreciate the atmosphere of the company where I can move and influence things and that my ideas are listened to. The company and the management offer a lot of possibility for professional career, international network and challenges in the globalized world.
