Social responsibility at Enics is targeted at the well-being of the employees, human rights issues and working conditions. Along with the environmental analysis completed in 2008, the objectives for social responsibility were also set. Enics will conduct the business as a responsible corporate citizen by applying, among others, the Social Accountability SA8000 standard to all relevant operations, including the supply chain.
The OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety standard has been audited in Enics. The companies in the Enics supply chain are expected to conduct their business in compliance with the same high legal, ethical, environmental and employee related standards that Enics applies. Enics promotes the application of these standards among its suppliers and endeavors to follow their actions in this respect. Enics makes the effort to contact only with the suppliers or service providers that adhere to international human rights and environmental laws an regulations.
Enics takes great concern to the society around it. Regularly Enics donates money for supporting education and catastrophic funds and etc. We do it as a company but we do have very active employees who on voluntary bases take part of different fund raising campaigns.
