Hello, my name is Jesús Engström and I work in Västerås,
Sweden.

What is your field of activity?
I work in the Automatic Assembly Department with planning
and coordination activities

A.  We are 2 persons planning the orders to be produced in
     our machines
B.  I am a coordinator of the 5S activities.
C.  I am also taking part in the work planning e.g. personal etc.
D.  I am coordinating the purchase of consumption material 

Since when have you been doing this job?
I started 1993 with the A and C activities above.  Then I took on
the D and B activities in the years 2006 and 2007. 

What do you like about your work?
As a planner you get a lot of information on the future needs of our customers and which challenges there are in their business. It gives
you a better overall view.
As a coordinator the relations and the cooperation with your working partners and other employees are very stimulating. The social competence is important in our kind of work.

What do you appreciate about Enics?
I like the flexibility and fresh atmosphere in the company.
