Minna Oksanen, Manager, Marketing and Communications

Hi, my name is Minna Oksanen and I work for Enics Group as a Manager, Marketing and Communications.

What is your field of activity?

My main task is to safeguard Enics-brand. This means that the communication is correct and happens on right time to our external and internal stakeholders. It also means that our look and feel is the same in all the locations.
As the company is so young, a lot is still being invented and created. But this is the great part; you can always create something new and different.
 

Since when have you been doing this work?

I joined Enics in spring 2005. Before that I was also working in a different EMS-company for 8 years and before that I was teacher.

What do you like about your work?

I love to be part of this company. We have the right kind of “pioneer”-spirit. It is challenging and fun to create something new.
Also one advantages of my work is the possibility to meet different kind of people from different countries.

What do you appreciate about Enics?

We are pioneers, and the feeling goes throughout the company. Our management is very human and easy to approach. Everyone is equally important and direct communication between all the different functions, layers etc… are easy and happen all the time.
