What is your field of activity?

Whereas I work as a HR specialist, my main sphere of activity includes the recruitment and selection of the production workers. I also formalize all the documents needed in the process of the employ and all the instant problems of the production workers are mine to solve.

Since when have you been doing this work?

I have been working in Enics almost 7 years, since 2000, but on the current position almost 2 years for now. I stared working in Enics as an assistant of the executive director, but quite soon I was promoted and my new position was Human Resource Assistant. During my working time, I also graduated an establishment for higher education and my new appointment was HR Specialist.

What do you like about your work?

I like to create the pleasant working atmosphere in conjunction of the other HR employees in order to secure that all the employees of the plant will come to work in a good mood. That is also the way to improve our organizational culture. I am fond of organizing all the assemblies and councelling other leaders in order to make their inferiors to be more effective and to expand their horizon.

What do you appreciate about Enics?

Management Team and other key personnel of the plant is very open-minded and innovative. I love that they strongly value our creativeness and all the new suggestions are taken into consideration. Product line workers and specialists have been tutored all the time and that is why our personnel is ready to achieve new goals and they are willing to develop all the time.
