Vice President, Human Resources leads the development and implementation of an organisation-wide human resource strategy that is aligned with Company’s vision, business objectives and values. Guiding and managing the overall performance of human resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.

Licentiate in Social Sciences, joining Enics in 2004, latest as Human Resources Manager for the Finnish units of Enics. Human Resources experience since 1999. Prior to Enics serving at the University of Vaasa.
