
Hi, My name is Jane Liu and I’m CRM Manager for Enics Beijing.
What is your field of activity?
My main activity is to keep the good and trust based relationship with our customers in other words ensure the customer satisfaction. I also build the partnership and serve our customers thru our value-added services.
My responsibility is to support our customer growth; this is mutually serving customers and us.
Since when have you been doing this work?
I joined Enics November 2005. Before that I was working in international US-based Company which was working in business process outsourcing.
What do you like about your work?
I think I’m lucky working in Enics. The working environment brings me a lot of energy. I learn all the time more and get more trust. The team spirit is also great.
It is a challenge when the business is growing fast, the great part is that working together with others and through my efforts we can achieve the successful results. Enics gives me this possibility.
What do you appreciate about Enics?
International culture and cooperation are the most appreciation when I working at Enics.
Lean organization is also great – even Reijo (our CEO) can be contacted if you need support.
I think I’m very happy when I am growing with Enics.
