Yes, we sell products, services, concepts. But that is not all. There is always an important element in everything we do: trust. That is the foundation of the relationship between us and our customers.

Our customer gets the specific solution he needs and he gets it when he wants it. But he can also be sure that he gets our full attention tomorrow.

Our relationship with customers is based on mutual trust and understanding. We create the future together, like in a good marriage. Our customers know that we are unique because no one else has the same global expertise on the total product life cycle.

There are bigger EMS companies, but the large companies do not have the same tight focus that Enics has. Our focus is on industrial and medical EMS only. We are not involved in other market segments - like consumer, telecom, computers - because they are totally different businesses.

Just to give an example: EMS in telecom business has product volumes of millions and tens of millions. Their products have a life cycle of 8 to 24 months. Our product volumes typically count in thousands, sometimes only in hundreds or dozens and the life cycle is 8 to 24 years. It is easy to understand that our business takes a unique service model and logistical approach to satisfy customers.

At the moment we have a foothold on two continents, Europe and Asia. That is where our customers and their markets are currently located. We know it is important to be close to them geographically, as well as in spirit. Yes, our customers are in America, too, and that’s where we will be next. America is a logical target for us as we aim to be a truly global player.
