As Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Kai has the responsibility of leading the development and implementation of an organization wide human resource strategy that is aligned with Company's vision, business objectives and values. He is also accountable for Coporate Responsibility at Enics.

Kai joined Enics in 2004, has Human Resources experience since 1999 and a degree of Licentiate in Social Sciences.
