Hi, my name is Oliver Jetzer, I’m working as a test engineer mainly for functional test in Turgi’s test engineering department

What is your field of activity?

I’m designing hard- and software for the test departments in production in close cooperation with the customers developing engineers, not only for Turgi but also for our other plants.

Since when have you been doing this job?

I started to work for enics in 1999, but my first contacts with the company reach back to 1993. I started in a production test team as an electronics technician. Later on I switched to After Sales services, caring for the whole range of testing matters and did some further education. Now since the beginning of this year I work for test engineering.

What do you like about your work?

I like to work in a very accurate and logic way. Two properties which are highly recommended in my job. I also like to share experiences with people from other plants and companies who face the same problems like I do. Furthermore our team consists of fascinating people, some of them I know since school times.

What do you appreciate about Enics?

I appreciate to work for a fast growing, pulsating, international company, which makes it possible to meet different people, cultures and mind-sets and to know that I’m part of a “global family” exerts a good feeling to me.
