Thomas Straub, Account Manager, Enics Schweiz

 

 

Hello, my name is Thomas Straub and I work for Enics
Switzerland as an Account Manager.

What is your field of activity?
One of my main tasks is attending to and consulting existing
customers and continuously improving our customers’
satisfaction. This also means proactively analyzing my
customers’ needs, incorporating them and putting them into
action. In my “daily business” I can, should and must develop
innovative solutions, present thought-out offers and establish
complex sales conversations. To accomplish my interesting but
also demanding job I have had a technical as well as an
economical education.

Since when have you been doing this job?
I started my career in the EMS business in 1994 at Elcoteq in
Überlingen (Germany). At first I worked in the technical
department and later changed to sales. Since March 1st 2006
I have been working as an Account Manager at Enics.

What do you like about your work?
I am still very enthusiastic about the amount of autonomy I have in my job as Account Manager.
My work is varied and through our global company I come into contact with many different
people. I really like working for customers within these international surroundings.

What do you appreciate about Enics?
Right from the start Enics offers you many possibilities, but expecting you to bring in
self-determination. I also very much appreciate the chances you get to enhance your own
personal development within the Enics group. The same goes for the honest and good
cooperation within the company. For me this spirit is a valuable part of the „Enics life“.
