Supplier Requirements

Enics Demand and Supply Chain has set certain requirements for its suppliers, some of which are described here.

    • Quality - The supplier shall have a quality policy and management system implemented. The supplier shall have an environmental policy, and have the intention to be certified according to international standards.
    • Service Level - The supplier shall apply key performance indicators related to the measurement and review of its performance. The supplier shall have a clear business vision and strategy as regards further development of the company.
    • Code of Conduct - The supplier is required to share high standards of business ethics and integrity and to comply with the law, rules and regulations in all its activities. The supplier is required to continuously improve and develop its safety and social activities.
    • Group-Wide Pricing - Prices provided by the supplier on the local level have to be transferable between Enics Business Units in case of product and technology transfers.
    • Product and Technology Transfer (PTT) Support - Supplier transferability regarding the terms & conditions, service levels and business models is required among the several Enics geographical locations.
    • Design and Engineering – The supplier shall have the capability to develop existing products and be able to collaborate with Enics to develop new products. Enics also requires the supplier to be in the frontline of new technology.
    • Supply Chain – Efficient material control requires well-managed logistics processes and procedures. The supplier must be able to provide different business models and be able to supply Enics Units with the best possible logistics solutions regardless of Enics locations.
