Technology Consulting and Laboratory

PTT Gates

PTT after NPI

Traceability is a must-have for complex and safety related industrial electronics and especially for medical electronics. Enics answers this need at two manufacturing sites which are ISO 13485 certified. Our site in Malmö, Sweden has over ten years experience in traceability; the plant in Turgi, Switzerland has provided this service successfully since 2006. More sites will follow.
The full traceability of your products and systems along the entire process chain is secured by a laser-inscribed serial number in 2D-matrix code on the bare board surface, supported by ERP- and powerful Quality/Traceability-Software (ProgressIt).
Our traceability services consist of
- Registration of procured modules (commercial off-the-shelf products; COTS)
- Traceability of supplied components per lot to the component manufacturer
- Recording of the individual operation steps, production timeframes, production equipment, operative personnel and repair management
- Registration and verification of the individual modules used in system integrated products with regard to their identification and revision level
