Component Care
Choosing components that fulfill all your needs out of more than 35 million available is a challenge. Meet this challenge by using our vast know-how and our established processes in component management. With our services you are certain not to miss a technical change or a last time buy. You know the estimated time until a component becomes obsolete, and we secure the complete history of the selected component and assure it is archived and readily available.
Our services in Component Care consist of information management related to components used in your existing products. These include component maintenance, proactive PCN/PDN handling and setup of last-time buy agreements, second source and replacement evaluation and proposals, component quality case management and component library services.
Product Care
Enics takes care of your products while you focus on new business: transfer your products to us with confidence. We will attend to them while finding replacement components in the event of obsolescence, supervising technology changes, investigating cost optimizations, proposing redesigns or preparing the product for a re-launch. Enics provides the security of knowing the latest product status: we continuously keep the product documentation up to date.
