Enics Completes Acquisition of Assets from Elcoteq in Beijing
NOVEMBER 3, 2005 - 

Enics, one of the leading electronics manufacturing service (EMS) providers focused on industrial electronics, announced today that the acquisition of certain assets and activities related to the manufacturing of industrial electronics from Elcoteq in Beijing, China, has been successfully completed. This transaction allows Enics to continue and expand its services to its customers operating in China from its own plant recently established in Beijing.
