Enics, one of the leading electronics manufacturing services (EMS) providers focused on Industrial and Medical Electronics, and ZTS Elektronika (ZTS), a leading Slovakian EMS company, have successfully completed transaction concerning purchase of asset in Nova Dubnica in the Slovak Republic.

With this transaction Enics expands its Eastern European presence and increase capacity to serve customers both in Central and Western Europe. In addition to easy accessibility to Nova Dubnica, availability of skilled and competent workforce in this area has been one of enablers for this transaction. Based on this capability and active integration support during ramp-up period,  Enics estimates that the operation is up and running efficiently already during last quarter 2007.

Enics annual turnover in 2006 was MEUR 279. The company employs 2500 people in China, Estonia, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland. The group is headquartered in Baden, Switzerland.
